Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Deeper, operated by Just Say Hey Pty Ltd, trading as ICARI. By using Deeper, creating an account, joining a waitlist, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and Account Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping credentials secure.
  • You must not use Deeper for harassment, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with Deeper systems.
  • Do not upload or transmit harmful code or content that violates applicable law.
  • Do not misuse affiliate, referral, payment, or promotional systems.

Purchases, Pricing, and Refunds

The base price for the upgraded deck and Deep Mode unlock is $30 USD.

If you purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store may automatically display and charge a local-currency price for your region using its pricing tools, exchange rates, taxes, and regional pricing rules. The amount displayed in the applicable store at checkout before you confirm your purchase is the amount you will be charged.

Refunds for Apple App Store or Google Play purchases may be handled by the relevant store under that store's billing and refund policies, in addition to any non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law.

For direct purchases from us, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase by direct contact with support. After this period, purchases are final unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

To request a refund, contact support@icari.com.au and include the purchase email and transaction details. If your purchase was made through Apple App Store or Google Play, you may also need to follow that store's refund process.

Marketing Communications

By creating an account, joining a waitlist, making a purchase, or otherwise providing your contact details to us, you consent to Just Say Hey Pty Ltd contacting you by email, SMS, push notification, or similar electronic message about Deeper and other products, services, offers, and updates within the connection space.

We will send those communications only where permitted by applicable law. Marketing messages will identify the sender and include a clear unsubscribe or opt-out method. Unless you opt out earlier, this consent continues while you have an account with us or remain subscribed to our communications. You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe facility in the message or by contacting support@icari.com.au.

Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of your account data, contact support@icari.com.au. We may require identity verification before processing deletion requests and may retain limited records where required by law.

Intellectual Property

Deeper content, branding, software, and related materials are owned by Just Say Hey Pty Ltd, ICARI, or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including for maintenance, security, and product updates.

Disclaimers and Liability Limits

Deeper is provided on an as is and as available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Say Hey Pty Ltd and ICARI are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of Deeper.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is a breach of these terms, suspected misuse, legal risk, or security risk.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
